Deposit Policy
You can hold any horse with a small deposit of $200.00. The horse must stay here at the facility until the
horse is paid in full. There is a boarding fee of $7.00 per day, witch includes all the feed and hay for the horse.
Once a month we make a trip to Cleburne Texas. If you would like us to ship a horse for you to look at, there
will be a shipping charge of $100.00 per horse. This shipping coat must be paid the night before the horse is to
be shipped to Cleburne. The shipping fee is nonrefundable.
To insure that the horse will not be sold piror to shipping, you may put a $200.00 deposit on the horses. If you decided
not to purchase the horse, $100.00 will go to the purchase of a new horses of your choice here at our facility.
